[3] Jesus answered, Neither did this man sin, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
Suzanne had a kidney stone that sent her to A.H.C. ER. After finding Suzanne was going to be alright I waited for the DRs to decide what they were going to do with her. Then it happen. Gods plan. This lady from a nursing home was giving the ER staff and the nursing home staff a hard time. She came up to me at Suzanne's room and told me that these people were trying to kill her. They come and got her back to her room. God said you were to minister to her. I said make her come out again and I will...and He did. I walked up to the care givers and said that I'm a pastor, and I specialize in nursing homes, may I help. They said YES!! I walk up to this lady and said," Hi. How are you?" She just looked at me. I said that I'm a pastor. "May I hold your hand? She took my hand and instantly the stress in her body left. She calmly talked to me. I was getting some where until a nurse just jumped in the middle of what I was doing. The Nursing home they were from was the very one God laid on my heart to minister to. Now they saw what I did with people first hand. Talk about an first impression. One of the care givers told me she was the administrator, after I told them I like to get in touch with them. She got to see God work though me, hear my vision, and know my heart to help. God's divine appointments.
We are currently seeking nursing homes, who would like to give there residents one on one ministry. We provide this service at NO COST to you. All we want is to see lives changed.

James Chapter 5 Verses 13-16
(13) Is anyone among you suffering? {Then} he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. (14) Is anyone among you sick? {Then} he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; (15) and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. (16) Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.

Healing
1. Is any one suffering? Then they must pray.
2. Is any one sick? Call on the elders for the prayer of faith.
Then this is the part most people miss. It says that (prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. v.15)
The reason I find this very important is, that to many times I've heard someone tell a sick person the reason they are still sick. Is because:
1. There must be some kind of hidden sin in there life that needs to be forgiven.
2. or that they didn't have enough faith.
When in v. 15 it clearly states that the faith is offered up by the one who is praying; not the one being prayed for. All-so that there sins will be forgiven. Not one sin; but sins will be for given.
It says the Lord will do these things. Not maybe.
It says also to confess your sins to one another.
To put it bluntly. Don't allow your lack of faith or your sins keep someone from being healed; and then blame them for not being healed!
So lets put our sticks of self rightness away and stop beating down the sick even further in the ground.
