Statement of Faith
We:
Believe the Holy Bible consists of the Old and New Testaments, that it is the divinely inspired Word of God and is the only final, perfect rule of our faith and practice.
Believe in One Creator God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is the one true God and True man; that He died for our sins,
bodily rose from the dead and ascended into heaven where He now reigns as our Intercessor waiting to return to earth in power and glory.
Believe that each person has a sinful nature, is therefore lost, and needs to be saved, by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
Believe in the work of the person of the Holy Spirit in the new birth, indwelling the believer, causing him to grow into the likeness of Christ and filling him with power to live a godly life and to bear witness to Jesus Christ.
Believe in the union of all true believers as one body in Christ.
Believe that the body of Christ is divinely commissioned to proclaim Jesus Christ as the only Savior, to proclaim His death for our sins, to proclaim His resurrection, and to make disciples of all who will repent of their sins and follow Him.
